Our 400 year old guesthouse welcomes you with a homely atmosphere in the middle of the Austrian alps. As the 4th generation, we've tried to combine tradition with modern facilities. The location of the Gaestehaus Fritz impresses with its proximity to nature and infrastructure. Hiking trails, ski slopes and lifts, restaurants, shops, winter hiking trails, ski schools, cross-country slopes and toboggan run are within sight and just a few minutes away.

We live and love "Austrian Gemütlichkeit" which is something that can't be translated with one word. It is a combination of cosiness and feeling like at home. Also we aprecciate tradition and old architecture.
